Most of the advice on the internet is for non-vegans, and even when you do find some resources for vegans, they are usually telling you that you have to drink protein shakes all day and eat tons of processed food to fill your “protein needs”
And when it comes to working out, it can feel damn near impossible to know what kinds of workouts will be most effective for muscle growth:
is it HIIT, free weights, should you stick to the machines at the gym, do cardio??
