One night I was up late watching TV, and an infomercial sold me on a home workout plan that promised to turn me into a lean bean in 60 days FROM HOME.. I knew I was lacking a solid plan, so I immediately signed up.
After two tough weeks of working out regularly, I started seeing results . . . but the workouts were complete misery.
For a while I believed that fitness was supposed to be hard and miserable, I didn't know I could have fun doing it. After that home challenge was over, I was inspired to dive into learning more about fitness and nutrition, and understanding what it really takes to create real, sustainable results (hint- it was way more fun than those informercial workouts and I was still able to eat carbs).
